vegan menu for 100

Hi fellow vegan enthusiasts. 

My neice has a catering/serving job at a women's club in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She

is new at serving vegan food and needs ideas! Since I'm the family vegan expert

she asked me for ideas! The food should be inexpensive and not too hard to

prepare. She definitely needs a vegan chocolate cake, vegan muffins, and main

course ideas. All ideas most welcome!!!

Please post replies to the list! I'd like to see menus too. I

coordinate an annual retreat and the chef at our venue is pretty

clueless about vegan menus.

I would think she'd need some vegan cook books, as well as glean from internet

vegan recipe sites. Here are a few that I like:
