Guest guest
You know those animals we don't eat? Well, even though we don't eat them, we should take a clue from them. (I used to raise livestock, so what I am about to say is from experience). If it tastes too salty, it's too salty " for you. " If it tastes like it needs salt, then your body is saying " I need salt. " Animals do that out in the wild. They also do that in the barnyard/barn and it's called " free choice. " The farmer will offer the animals a mineral block. The animals go to it when they " feel " they need it. Sometimes they go to it every day for days and days. Other times, they ignore it completely. Listen to your body. Unless you know you have a real medical problem, listen to your taste buds. My two cents learned from Bessie, the Cow. Rose
