Guest guest
Good timing, Jan! I just bought zucchini and was wondering how to cook them this time. Is there a good substitute for sherry in cooking? Or should I go buy some to have on hand to give Asian cooking the " right " flavor? Guest guest
I prefer to use sherry, but you can substitute any white wine or broth. Jan > > > Good timing, Jan!
