Guest guest
this one with nutritional yeast too for 'the first kim' (aka not mamatazz) i think! my kids love scrambled tofu i finely chop an onion and sauté it in olive (or peanut for a richer flavour) oil until soft - then i add some spices - really whatever you like works - i use a bit of dried oregano, some turmeric (this gives it a yellow colour, but don't use too much or the flavour is too strong), maybe some chili powder if you like, a bit of salt and pepper, a splash of tamari .... whatever ... crumble a block of firm tofu into the pan (make sure you have enough oil so it won't stick) and then generously sprinkle with nutritional yeast and stir until heated through (you don't have to stir continuously) with toast and leftover potatoes made into hash browns, it makes a great breakfast or breakfast for dinner hmmmm, i'm hungry now bye Tara
