Hi Ange,

Morningstar Fake Bacon isn't vegan is it? It used to have eggs in it. Did

they change the recipe?

My family isn't vegan and they eat alot of morningstar farms foods, which

usually include some eggwhites. I have tried their TUNO in a can and some

other canned stuff, but alot of the frozen things have eggwhites. I know

all of them don't, but I'm starting to order from more companies who only

make vegan foods. I feel safe with their canned foods, but not the frozen,

even tho some might be vegan. The kids think the chicklets are real chicken

nuggets.

I have vegan nuggets. I'm not sure if they're meat from wheat brand or what

cuz I took them out of the vegan box to store easier in freezer. I noticed

alot of frozen vegetarian foods have honey or whey or other non vegan

ingredients in them. The light links breakfast links do not and they're

delicious.

My eyes have been bothering me, so I'm upping my B vitamins. I read

somewhere that a 33 year old vegan for 13 years, youn man, went blind. It

is not reversible and all because he didn't take supplements. I'm taking

mine more seriously now because I have been having eye problems for about a

year now. Since I eat no fortified foods, I need to take vitamins. I would

also know how to make that nutritional yeast taste good. It was good on

popcorn with bragg aminos, but I need something I can eat daily, like a

cheese sauce over brocolli, potatoes, rice, etc...Do you just add the yeast

to gravies, etc... I don't know how to make it taste good. Please help.
