hi Maureen ... i'm wondering what kind of nutritional yeast you use -

when i first started using it, i thought it was awful! but since then i

have found (in my bulk health food store) red star nutritional yeast and

it is really good ... some people have an aversion to the taste (my

m-i-l for eg) and maybe you fit that ?? but i have found there is a

distinct difference between it and the other nutritional yeasts they

have (i'm not sure what these others are or what the difference is only

that they are much cheaper, but not worth the savings, imho) if you're

using red star already, then i'm not sure how to help ... maybe disguise

it in something that has a very strong flavour already ? but if you're

not it's definitely worth trying

tara
