Guest guest
I have read from various sources that oxylic acid, coming from cooked spinach, soybeans and cashews, etc... can build up in your system in the form of deposits of some sort and cause illnessses. I wonder if these can be flushed out of your system or treated with some kind of antidote. Also, I wonder if vast quantities of these things have to be consumer. DH eats cashews and soymilk daily now, trying to be healthy, and I'd hate to see him get sick trying to do the right thing. I don't eat cooked spinach anymore, but would like to continue with cashews and soymilk. Thanks for any help you can give. Maureen
