I was at my local grocery store and they have a sign

out near an island of fruits and veggies which says

the kind of wax these may have on them... it said 'may

have either something and beeswax... or something

else... " i don't remember exactly but it also says on

my tomatos that the waxes are not animal based... but

i believe lanolin was one of the words on the list...

It is too far for me to go to a different store for

fresh foods all the time... so has anyone else had

luck getting a store to change their veggie wax to

completely vegan? I doubt they will stop waxing...

has anyone else had experience fighting this issue?
