Guest guest
Hi everyone! I'm new to the list. My name is Tammy Schilling. I have just recently decided that I am going to lead a vegan lifestyle. I hope I will get many recipes (boy, do I need them) and information about veganism. I've been doing lots of research online and guess I need to buy some books. Does anyone know of any good online resources that discuss nutritional specific for vegans? I'm very interested in fully understanding vitamin requirements, etc and how to work around them. Thanks!
