Guest guest Posted August 6, 2000 Report Share Posted August 6, 2000 Hi, I'm new here, but wanted to say what I ate, for breakfast 1 banana 1 cup orange juice. snack 1/2 cantalope lunch 1ww french roll, filling squash, carmelized onion, red cabbage, carrot, all grated. I put a layer of steamed broccoli down first, then the filling, then cut up some cucumber or pickle, then sprouts, then avocada sprinkled with garlic, I top with romaine. I use nayyomaise or light mayo, this is a delicious sandwich, sometimes I put it all in pita bread (whole wheat) or tortillas (whole wheat)I also use spash of rice vinegar on filling snack watermelon dinner spinach salad, with mushrooms, sliced olives, red onion, rice vinegar, garbonzo beans, (I keep cold in fridge) snack rice cakes, with all fruit jam. if I havn't ate any avocados I use peanut butter & jam.
