Tumbleweed is veggie friendly, and some good Italian places can serve you some spaghetti with marinara. Or pizza minus the cheese is good too! I can't wait to try the stuffed pumpkin! The trouble is, I live in New Zealand and Christmas here is a summery affair. Every year I rack my brain trying to come up with foods that still feel festive to me, but don't require having the oven on (or, at least, can be cooked at night and served cold). Does anyone have any ideas? I always try to put together a feast! TIA, Krista -- Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
