Guest guest Posted November 1, 2000 Report Share Posted November 1, 2000 Simple Holiday Soup 2 large cans of tomato juice 1 tsp. marjoram 1 tsp. thyme 2 tsp. lemon juice garlic powder to taste Combine all ingredients in a large kettle. Bring to a low boil. Pour into a soup tureen, and serve hot or cold. Garnish with chopped parsley. Served in mugs or cups, this soup is great to offer when welcoming guests during the holidays.
