Guest guest Posted November 1, 2000 Report Share Posted November 1, 2000 Creamy Ginger Stuffed Dates 12 medjool dates, pitted 1 package firm tofu 1 tsp. ginger honey to taste (may substitute; try maple syrup) walnut halves Blend tofu with ginger and honey (or maple syrup). Slice open dates lengthwise, remove pit. Press a spoonful of creamy mixture into date cavities with a teaspoon. Top with walnut halves. Sprinkle with powdered or raw sugar granules (optional).
