I think it was a promotional and near the milk alternatives. It is a small booklet. . .about 14 pages, but loaded with recipes. I can't find any ordering information in the booklet. Maybe you can contact Rice Dream directly and ask. . .look on a rice milk carton and see if there is a web address or phone number. Sorry I'm not more help.
