Lucy, this is wonderful! Thank you for sharing. I hope you don't mind,

but I'm also going to share this with my family in Canada, just to

reinforce the healthfulness of veganism.

 

Unfortunately, here in NZ I didn't hear anything about Vegan Day, and I

wasn't feeling well so I couldn't get out there and promote it myself.

I'm tempted to send this article to all of my workmates and colleagues

as well, just to make up for the educating I didn't do myself yesterday!

 

Anyway, well done! Did this make it into the print version as well?

You should have it framed!

Yes it was in the print version - it was the top story in the food section! I am sending it to all my disaproving relatives - the Scotsman is the best-selling intelligent paper in Scotland so maybe they will listen!

What a great article! It is so nice to hear about kids who are vegans

cause in the news all you hear about are bad things about the veg*n

diet.
