Guest guest
Hi all! I just wanted to share that I tried to make this cake last night and just as I went to put it in the oven, I realised that it was broken. And because the recipe says that the batter can't sit around, I had to throw it away! :0( Anyway, my landlord says the oven was be fixed today, so I'll try again. (I'll just wait to add the vinegar after I check my oven!!!) Happy in Atlanta!! Nicole PS: I made the most excellent Pumpkin Oat Bread the other day (when the stove was actually working) and after I figure out all the substitutions I made, I'll post it for you! __________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape WebMail account today at http://home.netscape.com/webmail
Guest guest
That is such a shame! I hope your next go works well The not waiting around part has to do with the vinegar reacting with the soda - it makes for a lighter cake. It probably would have been ok but a bit flat!
