almond cheese

I just bought some almond cheese 2 days ago, after trying and hating the

" Veggie Cheese " (in the green pack) and " Tofu Rella " , and it is

DELICIOUS!!!!!! However, it is also EXPENSIVE!!!!! I paid $2.59 for 8 slices

but it tastes just like regular cheese and only has 3g of fat per slice.

Anyway, just my 2 Cents........

PS: My oven should be fixed today, so I'm all set to try that cake

I actually wrote to Tofu Rella and they sent me a refund, and I am not an

activist, I just thought it was too yucky! I will try the almond cheese,

P.S. I am familiar with White Wave....love the creamer, I will see if our
