Ok people, here we go.

We finally found a Tofurky alone, without the drumettes, etc. We bought it

and cooked it tonight. I actually like it. It's the closest thing I have ever

eaten to meat that really isn't meat. But anyway, we followed the recipie for

the basting but I wasn't crazy about it, it was too citrusy, like oranges,

something I'd rather not taste on my meat. Can anyone recommend a good

basting for Tofurky that may come really close to tasting like regular

basting that is usually from turky juices? Nothing too weird though. Thank in

advanced!
