Guest guest
I know this reply is pretty late, but I hope it's of some help I've been taking Central-Vite multi-vitamins, the Rite Aid brand. They're reasonably cheap and contain a lot of different vitamins and minerals, with only a couple of " overdoses " , the maximum being double the recommended daily value. From what I've read, doctors often prescribe people 10 times the regular daily value when the patient has a deficiency, so I'm not too worried about _small_ increases in the recommended amount (and remember, it is only recommended). , " Robyn " <abbeyroad81@a...> wrote: > I've been a vegan for five months but am now trying to become > superstrict in weeding out white sugar and honey.
