Guest guest
2 cups water 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup arrowroot powder 2 T lemon juice 1 T onion powder 1 tsp. sea salt dash tumeric 1 T jalapeno pepper (finely minced)* 3 T red bell pepper (finely minced)* Blend everything except the peppers in a blender. Transfer to a sauce pan and whisk rapidly on high heat until mixture thickens. This should take just a few minutes. Stir in peppers and pour into a small bowl or shallow dish and chill until ready to use. *Remove seeds and pith if you don't like " hot & spicy " . This sauce goes great on nachos, in Mexican dishes or as a dip for veggies or chips. ~Raye~ From the sublime to the ridiculous is but a step. ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
