Guest guest
Here is a recipe I use for mac and cheese and I use it on enchiladas and also on chili dogs. Let em know what you think. You can make it thicker by adding more flour. 1/2 cup nutrional yeast 1/2 cup flour (unbleached works best, wheat is to strong) 2 cups water 1 T garlic powder( I add more, of both the onion and garlic powder) 1 T onion powder 1/4 cup vegan margarine add all ingredients except the butter, heat over medium heat, whisk as it starts to bubble cook for about 30 seconds , when it starts to bubble, remove from heat and add margarine. It will thicken as it cools and gets thin as it heats up. I just add more flour if I am using it for say mac and cheese. Hope you like it Tammy : )
