I have a good cook book here, it is a bit on the religious side but that has NOTHING to do with the great recipies in it! It's a vegan cook book called "Ten Talents" and here is a recipie in it for them: SWEET DOUGH Recipe (needed for the doughnuts) This recipe can be used for making Swedish Tea Ring, rolls, fruit, buns or doughnuts. 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 Tbs. dry active yeast or yeast cake 1/4 cup honey OR raw sugar 1/4 cup soy flour 2 cups w.w. pastry flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2-3 cups unbleached or w.w. flour 3 Tbs. oil 2 tsp. orange rind 1/4 tsp. ground anise seed (optional NO-Fry Health Doughnuts: Follow recipe given for Sweet Dough. Let rise one time. Roll out to 5/8" thick. (a little more than 1/2") Cut with doughnut cutter or use a jar ring and large thimble for the hole. Lay on greased cookie sheet 1" apart. Let rise until almost double till light. bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350F and bake for 25 minutes or till golden color. Remove from oven and dip one side in glaze. Put on tray lined with waxed paper in refrigerator to set glaze. DOUGHNUT GLAZE 2 Tbs. melted butter (vegan or some form of vegan margarine), homemade or coconut oil 2 Tbs. thick Honey (I'm sure you could replace the honey if you wanted) 1 Tbs. carob powder 1/4 tsp. vanilla or maple flavor Melt butter over low heat. Stir in carob, honey, and flavoring. Dip doughnuts in glaze and set in refrierator and set in refrigerator to harden. For light glaze: omit carob, add soy milk powder, ground coconut or rice polish

But they're SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good for those cravings! And addicting! They are kept in the freezer section at our HFS
