I follow something similar to HA ......I recognized that Almond Cheese recipe you posted from Rhonda's book :-) I've made it several times but finally gave up on it, though I enjoyed the taste. It says it slices or you can grate it....I have never been able to get it to do more than be a spread :-( How did yours turn out?
