Hi everyone,

Wouldn't it be great if we could have a conference and just have a potluck

and share recipes all weekend? Wow!

We can get the Mori-Nu (I think it is that brand) of Pudding mix here in

Ontario Canada but It is like about $6.00 for the pudding mix and then you

have to buy the tofu for a few dollars so it makes for a very expensive

desert. I guess it is so expensive because of the exchange rate etc. on the

Canadian dollar. I would be interested Jennifer, in the tofu recipes you

mentioned by scratch. We can't afford to have pudding very often when it

costs about $10.00 to buy.

Those aren't too bad an idea but I would assume that they are full of

chemicals and colouring etc. eh?

I wonder if this would work with carob chips. I have an intolerance to

chocolate. I guess I will have to try it to find out.

Anyone have a good healthy (no or few chemicals) pie shell recipe? I haven't

made one for so long that all I remember is that the ingredients would have

something like cookie crumbs or graham cracker crumbs and margarine in it.

Another question is where do you find coffee essence, hazelnut essence etc.?

I don't believe I have ever seen those. Is it the same as hazelnut extract?

Even so, I have never seen that!

Thanks,

Brian

This really is that simple, and it's divine. You can also add a

flavouring
