Rapudura is sold in the US so it can't be completely unrefined. There's no

way that they could sell it on the shelves of health food stores if it

didn't go through some sort of refining process. I used to do advertising

work for a tiny magazine called Sugar Journal. And for all people using

Domino sugar, they do use bone filters in the process.

 

STEVIA... never got into that as a substitute for sugar. I know that many

diabetics use stevia so they can stay away from some of the garbage out

there that we try to pass of as sugar substitutes and it's a good call but

as far as taste, it's really weird and sweet and I find it to have a strange

aftertaste...
