Most any kitchen gadget store should sell them. Oh and you need a peel

(paddle) to put it on and take it off the stone.

> 2 tablespoons olive oil

> 4 large cloves garlic -- peeled & minced

> 1 small jalapeno pepper -- minced

> 1 cup coarsely chopped onion -- (1 large onion)

> 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

> 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

> 3/4 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper -- (1 med pepper)

> 3/4 cup coarsely chopped green bell pepper -- (1 med

pepper)

> 1 cup coarsely chopped zucchini -- (1 sml zucchini)

> 1/2 pound seitan -- thinly sliced (2 cups)

> 1 28 oz can ground peeled tomatoes with juice

> 1/4 teaspoon salt

> 10 Greek olives -- pitted & chopped

> 12 ounces wide egg noodles

> finely grated Parmesan cheese for serving

>

> Put a large pot of water on to boil.

> Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic,

jalapeno, onion, oregano, and thyme until the onion is wilted, 2 to 3

minutes. Stir in the red and green peppers and zucchini, and cook until

> Stir in the seitan, tomatoes and their juice, salt, and olives. Reduce

the heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally.

> Cook the noodles in the boiling water until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain well and transfer to a large serving dish.

> Top the noodles with half the sauce. Serve the rest on the side, along

with Parmesan cheese if you like.

I know many people that do monthly juice fasts and use store bought, organic

juices. As well, many people, including myself, add aloe vera juice in

during fasting. It's very cleansing although the taste is a bit rough.

Stay away from juices with added sugars and sweeteners.

be good, JP
