Guest guest
I know many people that do monthly juice fasts and use store bought, organic juices. As well, many people, including myself, add aloe vera juice in during fasting. It's very cleansing although the taste is a bit rough. Stay away from juices with added sugars and sweeteners. be good, JP _______________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
