Guest guest
Hi Raye, Actually, Bryanna Clark Grogan has a complete vegan St. Patrick's Day meal in her book, " The (Almost) No Fat Holiday Cookbook. " Her menu includes: Vegetarian Irish Stew with Guiness Stout; Herbed Oatmeal Oven Scones; Colcannon; and Irish Apple Bread Pudding. I do the green thing with that most delicious of all split pea soups, the one in Molly Katzen's " Moosewood Cookbook. " I'll also fix Irish sodabread (an eggless version I found in this month's " Sunset " magazine -- I'll substitute Nucoa for butter, soymilk for milk). And for dessert, I found a good looking key lime pie recipe on the internet that I want to try. Regards, Sherry At 09:24 AM 3/11/2001 -0600, you wrote: >Greetings and Salutations!
