Hi all,

 

I am new to this list and was wondering if there are a lot of

discussion...should I go to single message r digest?

 

Any ways...I am a new vegan...about 6 weeks old and finally starting to get a

little handle on it all. Its hard at first isnt it!!

 

I am a sahm to 3 kids ages 4, 2 and 3 months. the oldest one is the most

picky of all. Seems to love Smart dogs and spagetti, but thats about it.

Any good kid friendly recipes out there?
