They can give some great ideas and can also help you.. I have only recently started to look at a Vegan lifestyle and I did a search on www.google.com (it organises things by topics not by placement).. Type in " Things to Avoid if Vegan " and it will come up with a heap of places to look at and also " Vegan Recipes " in another search... thats what I did and I found it helpful Then lists like this also Here is a web site to start you off though http://www.vegsource.com/klaper/optimum.htm God Bless Rikki.
