That may be true but keep in mind that anything TOfutti has done has been chock full of hydrogenated oils, something that the body can't naturally break down. I'm sure it's tough dealing with a 4 year old's pizza requests but if you are into healthy food, not just that it's vegan, you'd be better off buying a book by Joan Stepanik that is all about vegan cheese recipes. I can't recall the name but she is also the author or Vegan Vittles and Table For Two. They are, in my opinion, two of the finest vegan cookbooks available.
