Guest guest
YAA, I was a little in shock by the smokers. I am living in NYC where nobody smokes inside to las vegas where everyone does. I think what was shocking the most was the people smoking and eating. Buffets weren't that great on the strip. Ate a lot of fruit but vegetable were had to find without cream or butter. My favorite place was Chin Chin, YUMMY my kids loved it as well. They can replace tofu for anything in chinese food. They offer it regular or deep fried. Then after that I had to fly to palm spring because my grandfather passed a way. It's been a long week and I am happy to be home. I did want to mention this restaurant in Palm Springs. Veggie and Tea, it was the coolest place i have ever been to. They serve only vegetarian Cantonese. They gave us a private room to eat in and there dish were these boats with a watermelon shell carved with beautiful designs and shaped like sails. Kids also love there food. I had a lot of fun and two years from now I will be better prepared for las vegas. My husband gets to go for business every third year. I think I will go back but with a car and a map. I never got to gamble, so I will have to go back. Lisa Be prepared to see lots > of advertisements for prime rib and lobster deals and you'll see lots of > unhealthy people and tons of smokers. But it is a fun place. Are you going > to visit or to live there? Let me know how your experience went. > Hope this helps a little, > Linda >
