Guest guest
Cashew Gravy *This is a good accompaniment for the asparagus patties (previously posted). 2 cups water 1/4 cup cashews 2 Tbsp. arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. Bragg's Aminos (or soy sauce) 1/2 cup green onions (optional) Saute the green onions in oil (this is optional). Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Pour the blended mixture into the fry pan of green onions. Stir until thick and creamy. Very good as a topping for rice or potatoes also. Enjoy! I often add a bit more flavoring than the recipe calls for. Interested in healthy, vegan recipes? http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking
