Guest guest Posted May 10, 2001 Report Share Posted May 10, 2001 Non-Dairy Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup yellow flake yeast ( nutritional yeast or brewer's yeast) 1/2 cup. ground sesame seeds 2tsp. garlic powder 1tsp. onion powder 1tsp. Bills Best Chik'nish Seasoning (or other vegan " chicken-style " seasoning such as McKay's) 3tsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients except lemon juice. Place in a blender and blend. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Use just like parmesan cheese.
