Guest guest Posted May 22, 2001 Report Share Posted May 22, 2001 Potato Casserole Source: Country Kitchen Collection 12 cold, cooked potatoes grated on a large grater 1 small, finely grated onion 1/2 cup cashews 3/4 cup water salt to taste Grate potatoes in a large grater. Finely chop onions. Blend smooth remaining ingredients. Mix all together well. Put in oiled casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in oven at 350 ° for 45 minutes.
