I created this after a visit to a french bakery this weekend. > > Almond Brioche > > Thick slice bread (your choice) > Almond blanched > Almond butter > Vegan butter > Sugar > Place a thick coat of vegan butter on the bread then a thin coat of almond butter. Cover with almonds and sprinkle with sugar.
