Summer Skewers for 4 7-8 oz firm tofu 10 oz mushrooms 4 small onions baby corns SPICE SAUCE FOR TOFU 1 c water ½c soy sauce ½ c sunflower oil 3 gloves garlic 2 tablespoons of tomatopúre SPICE SAUCE FOR MUSHROOMS: ½ c sunflower oil ½ c lemon juice 1/4 c soy sauce 1 c water ½ c tomatopuré Cut tofu to pieces, wash mushrooms. Mix spice sauces and put ingredients to them Make skewers. Sprinkle some pepper on skwers and spread some sauce on it. Barbeque and enjoy.
