But it is not healty to use to much flax. Flax has an acid, so dont use larger

amount than four tablespoons a day. You should NOT take this as no more eat

flax. Flax is very healty, but shouldnt be taken in to large amounts. Most seeds

has " fytinacid " that prevent us from receieving minerals like iron, zinc,

calcium. Therefore if you eat alot of seeds you should try to get rid of this

" fytinacid " . Here are some ways.

* Soak the seeds in 40 - 80 Celsius (55C is optimal), (do not know how to

translate to F)

*sprout

*long-time fermentation

Using leaven in the bread breaks 80-100% of the fytinacid.

Because we use so much seads, we should think about this stuff.

Canola oil (rape oil)has as far as I know the most amount of healty essential

fat (essential fat = fat that the human body cannot produce by it self).

Hope that you guys and girls understood some of this. :)

It's actually pretty simple to get your omega 3 fats without using canola

oil, ie rape seed. Use flax seeds or flax oil. I grind up flax seeds and

throw them in my cereal, in my salads in with my breading mixture for tofu

and seitan. Flax seeds have a very light, nutty flavor and are much better

for you then rape seed.
