Guest guest
All fructose is vegan so go for it. It does have a very sweet and complex taste. I find it a bit overbearing in certain situations but a great alternative for certain recipes... Im 99.99% sure that no fructose is processed through bone char filters. Companies are actually moving away from bone filtration systems although domino still uses it. In 10 years it won't be an issue.
