All fructose is vegan so go for it. It does have a very sweet and complex

taste. I find it a bit overbearing in certain situations but a great

alternative for certain recipes... Im 99.99% sure that no fructose is

processed through bone char filters. Companies are actually moving away

from bone filtration systems although domino still uses it. In 10 years it

won't be an issue.
