Guest guest Posted August 2, 2001 Report Share Posted August 2, 2001 I use the " Colby Cheeze, " and use it as a standby when someone in the family " must " have something cheesy (also, I add more veg. gelatin than the recipe calls for - we like a firmer product - also, it shreds better). It keeps very well and it is not bad, as far as " fake cheezes " go - we use it mostly for Mexican-type dishes. Otherwise, I generally am finding that I prefer to live without cheese. There were a couple of recipes in the book that I did not care for at all.
