Guest guest
Thought I'd send this along -- received this in my search for a loaf recipe. Have not tried, but its just a great basic list of possibilities. I am the one who originally posted this recipe to a forum I am on; I can tell by the summary at the bottom of this message. This is a fantastic loaf recipe. It always turns out tasty and the possibilities are endless. The key to success is to make sure you add enough seasonings. I often add more herbs than are called for in this recipe. Enjoy! Guest guest
Small world indeed LaDonna -- a friend had sent it to me with no author. But I made my first one tonight and it was good -- you are right that it seems important to add more herb/spice. We went for a Mexican taste and I did the cumin, also one cut up jalapeno and served it with a vegan salsa. * * * This is exciting! The vegan world is a small world on the net!
