Guest guest Posted August 7, 2001 Report Share Posted August 7, 2001 I've successfully tried silken tofu as a replacement for eggs in pancakes. They turned out quite well. In fact, when I made crepes you really couldn't tell the difference between the ones made with eggs and the ones with the tofu (except you had to flip them a bit more gently; they were delicate).
