Guest guest
I thought that " Vegetarian " meant that you don't eat meat. There was a recipe in this digest that suggested chopped cooked ham or smoked sausage. That sounds like meat to me. If you are going to call a recipe vegetarian, then shouldn't you make it vegetarian? No flaming intended, just a stupid question. Guest guest
Earth Balance is the finest vegan butter substitute. Willow Run is filled with those lovely hydrogenated oils too! Nothing good about that. Try Earth Balance, it tastes much better then Willow Run also. Guest guest
What's wrong with hydrogenated oils? And how does one tell if a particular spread is vegan? Does anyone know if Shedd's Spread is vegan?
