Guest guest
Ok, I know that vegan foods contain no cholesterol, but does that mean that all foods with no cholesterol are vegan? Just curious.. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Guest guest
No, many foods with no cholesterol are not vegan. There are many foods that contain substances such as whey, gelatin etc. that have no cholesterol but as you can see are not vegan. I would recommend an ingredient list that you can buy or find online to help you out with non-vegan ingredients. Alan - " Christy !
