vegan cheezecake

Ok, this is not healthy by any means, except for the fact that it is dairy and egg free, but it is pretty darn good, even my non-veg friends and family members love it. I made it for the meatout this year and it was a big hit.

 

2 containers Tofutti better than cream cheese

1 tablespoon flour

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pure almond extract (optional, I just like the flavor that it gives)

 

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. Let cool, then chill, pour on fruit and enjoy.
