Guest guest Posted September 14, 2001 Report Share Posted September 14, 2001 CREAMY TOFU GARLIC DIP8 oz. soft tofu, drained2 tsp. minced fresh tarragon (or 1 tsp. dried tarragon)2 tsp. minced fresh chives or green onions2 large garlic cloves, minced1 Tbsp. stone-ground prepared mustardsalt to tasteIn a food processor or blender, puree' tofu. Pour into small bowl and stirin rest of ingredients. Serve at room temperature as a dip or spread, withcrackers or vegetables. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.As with just about anything made with tofu, dips taste better after havingbeen refrigerated several hours or overnight, giving the flavors a chance tomeld.
