Noodle Peas Casserole

Source: Vegetarian Cooking School Cookbook½ pound ribbon noodles1 ½ - 2 cups original rice milk1 tsp ABCO chicken seasoning (or vegan choice)¾ tsp onion powder¼ tsp garlic powder¼ tsp sea salt1/3 cup peas, uncooked (frozen or fresh)1 cup fresh mushrooms1 Tbl cornstarch1. Cook ribbon noodles as directed on package.2. Saute mushrooms3. Thicken milk with cornstarch.4. Season with chicken seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt.5. Add peas and mushrooms.6. Mix all ingredients well.7. Bake @ 350 until thoroughly heated.
