Guest guest Posted September 16, 2001 Report Share Posted September 16, 2001 Liquid Salad [Gazpacho Anduluz]1 - 12 oz. can vegetable juice cocktail {V8)2 tomato, chopped3/4 cup chopped cucumber1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup olive oil1 Tbsp. lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)1 clove garlic, crushedCombine ingredients.
