Guest guest
Baked Leftover Cereal Source: The Best of Silver Hills Cookbook When we say leftover cereal, we literally mean just that. Use whatever cooked cereals you have left over such as seven grain, sunny boy, cornmeal mush, etc. to make this recipe. 1 cup cooked oatmeal 1 cup leftover cooked cereal 1/2 cup raisins or dates 1/2 cup raw cashews 1 cup or enough water to blend 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla In a bowl, mix together oatmeal, leftover cooked cereal and raisins or dates. Blend cashews, water, honey, and vanilla until very smooth. Add blended mixture to your cereal combination and mix well. Pour into a vegetable oil-sprayed, 8 " square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve with milk and fruit. ~ Pray for Peace ~ http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking
