Guest guest Posted September 18, 2001 Report Share Posted September 18, 2001 Quick and Easy Tomato Soup (adapted) Source: Jackie B. 1 large Spanish (mild) onion, slice in chunks and sauté with 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine or olive oil In a blender add sautéed onions to:2 Tbsp. flour 1 cup soy or nut milk Blend well. In a saucepan pour in: 1 large can of Hunts Tomato Sauce2 cups of soy or nut milkcontents of blenderseasonings (choose from salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Bragg's Aminos, sweet basil, chicken style seasoning) Stir and heat through.
