Guest guest Posted September 19, 2001 Report Share Posted September 19, 2001 Tabbouleh Source: Jackie B. 1 cup bulgur, fine grind 1 cup boiling water3 Medium tomatoes, diced 3 green onions, chopped1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves 1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. ground allspice1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh or bottled Soak bulgur in boiling water for 15 minutes in large bowl. Cover bowl during soaking period. Add remaining ingredients. Toss well.
